Popup Market Vendor Registration

Popup Market at The Diamond has been designed as a partnership between River City Festivals, the Richmond Flying Squirrels, and you!

Setup will be outdoors in the "BLUE" parking lot directly next to the Stadium, and in full view of Arthur Ashe Boulevard.

Every week will feature dozens of local artisans & vendors, food trucks, and beer & wine sales!

The market will begin on Saturday April 10th and will run every Saturday from 10am-4pm.

Popup Market at The Diamond will be advertised as follows:

*  Listed on all local news & event calendars

*  Promoted on two River City Festivals Meetup accounts

*  Featured email to River City Festivals past event attendees

*  Promoted through Facebook

*  Facebook co-host with River City Festivals & Richmond Flying Squirrels

*  Featured graphic on Richmond Flying Squirrels Marquee rotation

*  Listed event on Richmond Flying Squirrels & River City Festivals websites

*  Weekly social media post from Richmond Flying Squirrels

*  Radio promotions (not necessarily weekly)

There is a two-step registration application process to insure there is a wide array of vendor types.  VirginiaVendors.org members will receive priority booking and discount rates.  Vendor spaces are not final until vendor fees have been received.

Vendor Registrations receive:

• A 10’x10’ space, (table available for rent if needed)
• Listing on the event website, with your logo and links to website and/or social media
